Shen Rework, Good or Bad?

Shen's rework has been met with mixed reactions from long time League fans. One one hand, people who main him hate that he's been changed but on the other hand, people say that the rework has made him more effective as a top lane tank.

The largest change in his kit has to be his spirit blade, this is a huge sword that follows him around. So now, his entire ability set is centred around this blade (apart from his E and Ulti). He can call his spirit blade from afar to attack with it, and he can also create a barrier around his sword that defends against all enemy basic attacks. Now, our very own player, AzimoTheTanker has bought and is learning how to to play Shen. And so far, his performance with this champion has been very good. He only fails to stand-united when we need him too. Now in conclusion, the Shen rework appears to be quite balanced and effective, it has also taken a step in defining Shen and making him different from all the other basic tanks. In our opinion the Shen rework was a good thing, and we will be looking forward to seeing what happens to Shen in the future.
